Has 21 hooks for holding threads.The device is great for repairing your favorite things and design plans, can increase productivity and improve the quality of work. The device has a metal case with a tension of longitudinal threads, turn the hooks left and right with the help of freely moving protrusions. There is a wooden disc for tension with an elastic band. Too good to be true? It certainly seems so, as I never received my order. I was able to reach the seller, but I had to constantly go back for answers. I was offered a refund - that I got - but still lost money because of exchange rate. Never was I offered an apology.
